Wasdale, incoming storm, February 2010
Sca Fell (964m) and Scafell Pike (978m), two of England's highest peaks, lie at the far end of Wasdale in Cumbria and are visible in the gap between Middle Fell on the left and Illgill Head, in shadow, on the right. A lone Rowan tree (Sorbus aucuparia) grows on the bracken covered moorland.
