Lanyon Quoit, near Madron, June 2007
Stormy summer skies provide the backdrop for Lanyon Quoit, the remains of a Neolithic tomb, near Madron. It was toppled by a storm in 1815, which broke one the four upright stones. It was re-erected soon after, although not quite as it originally stood.
